The Position
We are looking for an organised, reliable and practical individual to support the team in the day-to-day administrative and operational management of the company.
The successful candidate will work closely with the founders, focusing primarily on day-to-day administration, managing administrative workflows, and coordinating various organisational activities essential to the running of the company.
The role has a strong practical and operational focus: we are looking for someone capable of managing a variety of tasks with order, autonomy and attention to detail, whilst maintaining consistency and reliability in day-to-day operations.
Operational responsibilities may increase progressively over time, depending on the individual’s abilities, autonomy and the company’s development.
Key Responsabilities
• Day-to-day administrative management of the company.
• Recording and management of outgoing and incoming invoices.
• Payment management and support for administrative processes.
• Coordination with the accountant, employment consultant and auditors.
• Support for payroll, attendance and employee benefits management.
• Updating cost control files and internal administrative reports.
• Administrative and organisational document management.
• Support for supplier management and administrative follow-up of purchases.
• Operational coordination of shipments, deliveries and related organisational activities.
• Management and updating of company registers and documentation (health and safety, compulsory training, GDPR, etc.).
• Organisational support for day-to-day office activities.
Ideal Profile
• 2–5 years’ experience in administrative, operations or back-office roles.
• Experience in SMEs, start-ups or dynamic, less structured environments.
• Good familiarity with day-to-day administration and document management.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and reliability.
• A practical, problem-solving approach.
• Good follow-up and priority management skills.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, evolving start-up environment.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Office tools.
